Adobe Dreamweaver allows students to quickly create Web pages without writing the code in HTML. Learn how to create webpages for the modern web; use and customize web frameworks to build responsive designs for a wide variety of desktop computers and mobile devices with a minimum of hand coding; incorporate graphics, text, animation, and video; build rich interactive applications; add links to text and images; add interactive elements to the students sites, such as HTML 5-compatible video and animation; work with HTML5 and CSS3 code and structures; and publish a finished site to the web.

This class is now in Canvas but you will still need to create a folder in the Z drive to save your work.

bullet Complete all lessons in textbook. Save each chapter as you finish. Make a copy of the folder prior to beginning the next chapter. Ask for help if you are not sure.
bullet Complete the review questions for each Chapter in a Word document.
bullet After Each Chapter add to your personal assignment.
   

Personal Assignment

bullet First Personal assignment: Plan.doc - saved into Personal Assignment Website folder
bullet A letter to me that describes your interest and why you chose it (10 points). The letter should include the following:
bullet 3 paragraphs about a subject that interests you (15 points) and some things you might put on your Web site. Do not use the textbook examples, choose another topic.
bullet Create a folder for your Personal Assignment Website
bullet You will need to include what you learned in each chapter in your website. There does not need to be one page specifically for each chapter. In the end your site should be all brought together with 8 total pages minimum.
