Pre-Architecture Project Final

Design your dream home (with some stipulations) in Revit. When finished create a final folder inside your class Google Drive folder and upload your work to the folder.

The Requirements - Your floor plan needs to have at a minimum the following:

• Four Bedrooms: minimum 10' x 14'- One of the bedrooms has its own bathroom. This bedroom is called the Master Bedroom; all bedrooms must have windows and closets
• Home Office: minimum 12' x 14'- a Home Office space
• Living Room minimum 15' x 17'- The entrance to the home is through here or near here with a hall or entryway; must have windows
• Kitchen: minimum 13' x 15'- Can be attached to the Living Room or separated by a wall. You should have at least one window in the kitchen. The kitchen should include cupboards and a sink.
• Three Bathrooms minimum 7' x 14"- One bathroom must be attached to a bedroom called the Master Bedroom. The other bathrooms are open for use by the rest of the home. If you want bathrooms within other rooms they must be in additon to the 2 open to the rest of the home. Bathrooms should include toilet/sink/tub or shower.
• Your rooms should be labeled or have enough furniture that it is clear what the room is.

The above requirements are a minimum; use the time available to truly create a "dream house". You can always include more rooms than above. This is normally a 3 hour project.
